You’re in a powerful position to help.
Tools and resources to help you spot the early signs, hear the student’s voice, support your teachers, and make the adjustments that help young people feel safe at school.

Supporting students who can’t, not won’t.
The late arrivals, the sick bay visits, the student who’s suddenly very interested in the library at lunch. If you’ve spotted a pattern and want to understand it, you’re already ahead.
The good news is you don’t need a psychology degree or a 20-page plan. A trusted adult, a quiet space and a few small adjustments go a long way. We’ll help with the rest.
Tools for schools…
Free, neuroaffirming tools for the staff who see students every day. Nothing entered is saved or sent anywhere.
Student Check-In
A student-friendly check-in where young people show which parts of the school day feel hard, how their energy goes and what might help, in their own words. They send you a code to open their summary.

A reflection tool for counsellors and wellbeing staff. Think of one student and note what you’re noticing across seven areas of school life, then explore adjustments to consider together.

Tell me when it’s readySupport the families in your school community…
When a student can’t get to school, their parents are often carrying the most and getting the least guidance. Setting the Compass is our interactive guide for parents and carers navigating School Can’t. It helps them understand what’s happening for their child, notice their own stress, and map out a values-led way forward.
It works best alongside the changes you’re making at school, so families and staff are pulling in the same direction.
Two easy ways to get it to a family:
Use your wellbeing or student support budget to purchase it on a family’s behalf, then pass the access details on to the parent or carer.
Families can buy their own access. Copy the link for an email, a support meeting follow-up or your parent newsletter.
Pocket Psych resources offer general information and education. They aren’t a substitute for individual advice, diagnosis or therapy.
