Questions

Do we need to make an account?

No. There’s no sign-up and no login. You just use the link and password.

Where do the answers go?

Nowhere. Answers are saved only in the browser on the device being used. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else. If you switch devices or clear the browser, the answers won’t carry over, so save the PDF to keep a copy.

Does a young person need a diagnosis to use them?

No. The guides for young people work whether they have a diagnosis, are still exploring, or would rather not say.

Can we use them together?

Yes. Young people can use them on their own, or with a parent, carer, teacher or clinician alongside them, letting the young person lead.

What happens after 60 days?

Your access ends, but anything you’ve saved as a PDF is yours to keep.
