What’s inside
Guided by Mika, who is autistic and has ADHD, young people work through short, visual parts in any order, then finish with a profile that’s all theirs.

A private space to make sense of a diagnosis in their own words, at their own pace.
Sit side by side, or let them explore first and share their profile when they’re ready.
Use it together with a clinician or school counsellor, or send a part home to start the conversation.
Questions
How do I get access?
After you buy, your order confirmation includes how to open the guide. It works in any web browser, on a phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to download.
Is it a diagnosis or assessment tool?
No. It’s general education to help young people understand themselves. There are no scores and no labels, and it doesn’t replace support from someone who knows them.
Is it private?
No names are needed. Answers are saved only on the device being used, so young people can come back to it, and they can clear them any time. Nothing is sent to Pocket Psych.
Can I use it with clients or students?
It’s licensed to the purchaser. Clinicians and school counsellors can work through it together in session. For use at home, families can buy their own access, or you can purchase it on their behalf.
Does it have to be done all at once?
No. It’s broken into short parts that can be done in any order, over as many sittings as needed. Doing one part counts.
