Questions

How do I get access?

After you buy, your order confirmation includes how to open the guide. It works in any web browser, on a phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to download.

How long does it take?

About 40 to 60 minutes in total. You can go at your own pace, stop any time and come back later.

Is it private?

Your answers are saved only in the browser on your own device, so you can come back to them, and you can clear them any time. Nothing is sent to Pocket Psych.

Is this therapy or advice for my child?

No. It’s general education and reflection for parents and carers. It doesn’t replace support from your GP, a psychologist or your child’s school.

I’m a clinician or school. Can I share it with families?

Yes. Families can buy their own access, or you can purchase it on a family’s behalf and pass on the access details.
