Ways to use it

In session

Start with self-understanding, or go straight to burnout recovery if that’s what she needs right now.

At home

Read the handouts together so the whole family shares the same understanding. Recovery isn’t her job alone.

At school

Share handouts on masking, capacity and burnout so the load can come down at school too.

Who it’s for: therapists, guidance officers and allied health practitioners, and parents and carers supporting neurodivergent teen girls.

Questions

How do I get it?

After you buy, you’ll get instant access to the two PDFs on the confirmation page and by email.

Can I print it?

Yes. The handouts and worksheets are ready to print, so you can print the whole guide or just the pages you need.

Does she need a diagnosis?

No. Both guides are helpful whether a young person has a diagnosis, is still exploring, or would rather not use a label.

Is it a diagnosis or assessment tool?

No. There are no scores or labels. It’s general education and reflection to support understanding, and it doesn’t replace support from someone who knows the young person.

Can I share it with colleagues?

Each purchase is for one person’s use, so please don’t share the electronic copy. If your school or service would like to use it more widely, or in a group program, email hello@pocketpsych.com.au to ask about licensing.
